환불정책 | Refund Policy

본 정책은 MP Global Hub (엠피글로벌허브, 대표 한빛나, 사업자등록번호 491-17-02707)에서 구매한 동영상 강의, 실시간 온라인 수업 및 디지털 학습자료에 적용됩니다. 환불은 할인 적용 후 실제 결제한 금액을 기준으로 합니다.

This policy covers recorded courses, live online classes and digital learning materials purchased from MP Global Hub (엠피글로벌허브), represented by Han Bit-na, business registration 491-17-02707. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts.

계약내용을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 유료 강의나 자료를 이용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공이 더 늦게 시작되면 그 시작일을 기준으로 합니다. 무료 미리보기 이용만으로 유료 콘텐츠를 이용한 것으로 보지 않습니다. 법률상 더 긴 청약철회 기간이 적용되는 경우 그 기간을 따릅니다.

You may request a full refund within seven days of receiving the contract details if you have not accessed paid lessons or materials. If supply begins later, the period starts from that later date. Free previews do not count as paid use. Any longer withdrawal period required by law remains available.

유료 강의를 재생하거나 자료를 다운로드한 경우, 사전 고지 및 미리보기 제공 등 법정 요건을 충족한 범위에서 단순 변심에 따른 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 분리 가능한 콘텐츠 중 제공이 시작되지 않은 부분과 법정 환불 권리는 유지됩니다. 로그인이나 결제 사실만으로 모든 환불을 거절하지 않습니다. 일부 환불 시 공제 근거와 계산 내역을 안내합니다.

After paid lessons are played or materials downloaded, change-of-mind refunds may be restricted only where legal requirements, including advance notice and preview arrangements, are met. Rights relating to separable, undelivered content and statutory remedies remain intact. Logging in or paying alone does not justify a blanket refusal. We explain any deduction and partial-refund calculation.

수업 시작 전 취소 시 전액을 환불합니다. 수업 시작 후에는 할인 적용 후 실제 수업 결제금액에 잔여 예정 수업시간을 전체 예정 수업시간으로 나눈 비율을 적용하여 미제공 수업분을 환불합니다. 별도의 취소 수수료는 부과하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 더 높은 환불액을 정하면 그 기준을 적용합니다. 결합상품은 구매 시 안내된 구성별 금액을 기준으로 계산합니다.

Cancel before a live class starts for a full refund. After it starts, the refund for undelivered teaching is the actual discounted class fee multiplied by remaining scheduled teaching hours divided by total scheduled teaching hours. We charge no separate cancellation fee. A higher refund required by applicable law takes priority. Bundles use the component prices disclosed at purchase.

중복 결제나 초과 청구는 확인 후 해당 금액을 환불합니다. 당사 사유로 수업을 취소하거나 서비스를 제공하지 못하면 미제공 부분을 환불합니다. 광고 또는 계약과 다른 서비스는 공급일부터 3개월 및 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일이라는 법정 기간 내에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 기술적 결함에 관한 권리는 단순 변심 기준으로 제한하지 않습니다.

Verified duplicate charges and overpayments are refunded. If we cancel or cannot deliver a service, we refund the undelivered portion. For service that differs from its advertisement or contract, statutory withdrawal is available within three months of supply and within 30 days of discovering, or being able to discover, the discrepancy. Change-of-mind limits do not remove remedies for defects.

support@mpglobalhub.com으로 가입 이메일, 주문번호, 강의명, 결제일, 금액 및 통화, 요청 사유를 보내 주세요. 결제 오류는 확인에 필요한 영수증을 첨부할 수 있습니다. 카드 전체 번호, 비밀번호 또는 OTP는 보내지 마세요. 신청일은 당사의 검토 완료일이 아닌 요청 발송일을 기준으로 확인합니다.

Email support@mpglobalhub.com with your account email, order number, course title, payment date, amount and currency, and reason for requesting a refund. Attach a receipt when needed to explain a payment error. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. The request date is based on when you send it, rather than when our review finishes.

대한민국 전자상거래법에 따른 유효한 용역·디지털콘텐츠 청약철회는 청약철회일부터 3영업일 이내에 환급하며, 카드 등의 청구 취소는 지체 없이 요청합니다. 그 밖의 신청은 접수 후 3영업일 이내에 처리 상황을 안내합니다. 실제 계좌나 카드 명세서 반영 시점은 결제기관에 따라 다릅니다. 환불은 원결제 통화와 수단으로 진행하며, 계좌이체는 원결제자 확인 후 처리합니다. 전액 환불이 완료되면 해당 유료 콘텐츠 이용권이 종료됩니다.

For valid withdrawal of services or digital content under Korean e-commerce law, we refund within three business days of withdrawal and request cancellation of card charges without delay. For other requests, we provide a status update within three business days. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears. Refunds use the original payment currency and method; bank transfers require verification of the original payer. A full refund ends access to the refunded paid content.

본 정책은 대한민국의 강행규정이나 구매자에게 적용되는 다른 국가의 필수 소비자보호 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 정책과 강행규정이 다르면 해당 강행규정이 우선합니다. 합의되지 않은 공제나 처리 결과에 이의가 있으면 고객센터에 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.

This policy does not restrict mandatory Korean consumer protections or mandatory rights applicable to you in another country. Those protections take priority where they differ from this policy. Contact support to request a review of a disputed deduction or refund decision.
